Superior Chess Academy publishes parent reviews exactly as parents write them — no editing, no cherry-picking, no paid reviews, no fake testimonials. If you are a parent of a current or former student, you can leave a review on our ProvenExpert page or on Google, and with your permission we will also feature it here with your first name and city. We ask every family for a review after the free trial class, after the first month of coaching, and after tournament or rating milestones — because the most honest thing an academy can show you is what its own parents say, unfiltered and in their own words. Right now this page is new, so the wall below is still filling up; every review that arrives goes up here, good or bad, and stays up.

Our review promise
- Published as written. We do not edit wording, remove critical reviews, or publish only the five-star ones.
- Named with permission. Reviews appear with the parent's first name and city only — never a child's full name, ever.
- Every review gets a reply. Good or bad, the academy responds publicly within a week.
- Bad reviews stay up. If a parent had a poor experience, that review stays visible until the issue is genuinely resolved — and the resolution is noted underneath.
When we ask
Coaches ask for reviews at three moments: within an hour of the free trial class, after the first month of classes, and after a tournament win or rating milestone. If a family seems unhappy at any of those moments, we skip the ask and fix the problem first — a review request should never feel like pressure.
